Which suspension lift kit I should buy for my 04 jeep wrangler rubicon under $1,000 installed?
I am not a real big for off-road, but I don't like for my jeep to be stocked. I was thinking about a 4'' rough country suspension lift, because it is affordable. Is this a good idea? Also what kind of tires can I fit on it? I am looking for something that looks wide and kinda sticks out that way I can put some bushwacker flares.
Installed for a grand? For looks? Why bother? Ok, here's what you do. Since you can't wrench on your own rig just get some 2 inch spacers and run 32 inch BFG's. That way you won't have to regear, you're ride will still be nice and cushy for your soft little butt, and it will have the look that it can go anywhere, but won't. A 4" lift will be too expensive and too complicated for you to work out, so stay away from that. Are you sure you wouldn't rather be driving a Beetle Convertable or a Miata?
