First of all, when you get the chance to do so, make sure that when it is warmer out that you seal up any places where they could get in from the outside.
They will take comfort in your home during the winter, because they are not used to cold temperatures, and simply will keep laying eggs inside your home, spawning more and more of the little critters.
You can set up specially designed "light traps" to place around the more well lit areas of your home. Instead of congregating around your windows and lamps, they will instead be caught by the traps.
Vacuum up any large portions that you see, then remove the contents of your cleaner and place them in a tightly sealed bag to dispose of later.
