Laptop RAM memory upgrade and now Blue Screen of Death?!?

Installed NANYA PC2-5300s-555-12-A2.1GB.2Rx 16.667 (2x1gb) from 2x512mb into my Compaq CQ50-103nr laptop and it booted up fine but after about 12 minutes internet windows started closing and then the blue screen came up forcing a restart.

I ran a windows memory diagnostics test and it said no problems detected, but upon reboot the blue screen came up immediately.

Help is greatly appreciated!

it's the wrong RAM .. you're computer requires PC2 6400 .. put your old RAM back in and take you're new RAM back and exchange it for the correct RAM .. after you put the right RAM in you should be good to go!!
