When a spring is compressed and then released it will oscillate for a period of time before stopping. Applied to a vehicle of this action will cause a most uncomfortable journey.

Agree around 300-400. honestly if you know someon who knows cars well and has alot of tools you can bust it out over the weekend. Chevy's are easy to work on.
