How do you install a front license plate to a car using black plastic nylon fasteners/nuts with screws?
I went to my Auto Store and bought a kit to install the front license plate onto my car but I am not sure on how to use the black plastic fasteners/nuts that can in the kits. They are a box shaped plastic fasteners that are rigid. Do I somehow drill larger holes in the bumper and force the fasteners into them or are they supposed to stay on top of the bumper between it and the plate? If I have to shove them into the bumper I don't know how they wouldn't fall out since they are rigid and would "fill" up the space in a hole its size.

The picture shows the top view but the fasteners do have depth (they are not flat like washers.) There is a picture on the back of the package showing the fasteners as being behind the plate with the screw going through both of them but I am at a loss of its relationship to the bumper. Any help is much appreciated!!!
you've 2 choses,...
use what you have,there designed in a way that you drill a whole to a certain size,the square black bits pop in then the screw tightens and locks in in place..of your drilling the plate do it SLOWLY from behind.......or
forget them and get some proper plate tape,any car shop,its double sided stick sponge tape...just warm up with a hairdryer and stick on...hope this helps
