I mean, I know the requirements for being hired into the agency. I've been to the site. I guess I'm trying to figure out what the competition pool is like right now? On a percentage scale; what are my chances of being hired?
I served four years with the 3rd Batt, 75th Ranger Regiment, as an RTO, "combat" tours to Afghanistan and Iraq (twice). I am a foreign national, but now US citizen. I speak fluent Bulgarian and Macedonian (not exactly something the CIA has stated it is looking for). And I am finishing up a Bachelors Degree in International Relations - Political Science with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies.
What else can I do that will bring me up really high in that pool of candidates? I got myself Arabic Rosetta Stone, and my interest is the Professional Trainee Program under the NCS.

Try for at least a masters in International Relations and Bachelors in Middle Eastern Studies. It also depends on what you are looking for. IF you want to be on the co-vert stuff you might have a decent chance. If you want a desk job..I think you have a pretty high chance. OH..It would help if you got some training in medical things...such as emergency response or cpr and such.
