A Review of Citizen Promaster Titanium Yatch Chronograph Eco Drive JR4030-03E Watch

This watch is a combination solar powered watch that contains a solar cell in its face that drives the watch hands, race time, chronograph, alarm and numerous other functions by converting light energy into electrical energy. It is also equipped with convenient functions including a power save mode that reduces power consumption when light is not shining on the solar cell, and world timer indicating the time and dates of 30 major cities around the world. An citizen eco drive rechargeable battery is used in this watch to store electrical energy. This rechargeable battery is a clean energy battery that does not contain mercury or other toxic substances.  This watch is also equipped with three a race timer, chronograph, countdown timer as well as 1 alarm. The mode can be switched by turning the crown. You can check the current mode with mode hand. The time of date of major cities pre-registered in this watch can be easily accessed. This watch is able to switch between analog time and digital time display. This watch also has hand evacuation function which allows the hour and minutes hand to be retracted to the 12:00 position for clear viewing of the digital displays. Navihawk displays the time and date for 30 major cities around the world. The screw tops are breaking off as I am taking the caps off my American racing wheels, torque thrusters.?

I bought two types of drill bits, titanium and the toughest one on the market and tried to drill holes in the broken screws. The bits arent making a dent. I want to drill holes then tap new holes for the new caps and screws.

Find a tool truck, Snap-On, Matco, MAC, or such. Get a left hand drill bit that cuts in the reverse direction. They make special extractor bit sets for this, and they have a coating better than titanium. I have had great luck with a set I got from Snap-On. You will have to be very careful since the base metal of the wheel is so much softer than the screws, which are likely made of stainless steel. I would drill the holes out and install helicoils so the stock size screws will work, otherwise the center caps will need drilled out, and you will have to do the entire set of wheels and center caps if you go with bigger screws.
