Help!!! Small black insects are all over my bathroom.?

I recently found some insects in my bathroom they're black in color. Very, very tiny a little bigger that the head of a pin. They are very slow moving and head or antenea looks like it's in a Y shape. I tried throwing some water on a few of them to drown them since they are so small and I thought that killed them two minutes later a few were crawling back up the wall and one looked like it came out of the sink. I've looked everywhere online and can't find out what they are I thought they were a micro-beetle, tick, or bed bug and they don't look like any of them. Please help I want to find what they are if they are harmful and how to get rid of them. I haven't tried bug spray yet but I'm about to.

For everyone you see, add about 1000 you don't see. Try Bengal insect spray. Smells bad, BUT IT WORKS AND FAST!!
