after touching the monitor screen if I touch other's skin/ metal object some spark with sound resulted.Why?
when I put my right hand middle finger over the computer monitor and then if I place the middle finger on the skin of others, they feel a light pain like piking with a pin and also heard small sound. If I touch an electrical indicator , it glows.

As you are wearing chappals or shoes the charge cannot get grounded. u act as if you are a battery and store this charge for a little time, by which it dissipates thru your body. While you are charged and u touch any metallic object or another person. the charge jumps to that object causing the ping and spark. as the charge jumping to the object causes the air between u and the object to heat.
