Yokohama Avid V4s Tires - Perfect For All Weather
The AVID H4s/V4s takes all the best features of its predecessor the AVID H4/V4 and adds to it a revolutionary tread compound developed by Yokohama engineers. This new compound delivers consumers superior grip on dry, wet and snow covered roads, while extending the tire's useable mileage.
This tire delivers great wet and dry maneuverability, stable braking, an excellent ride and long tread life. The AVID H4s/V4s is for the driving enthusiast who wants the handling of a high-performance tire, in all seasons, without sacrificing quality. The AVID H4s/V4s is available in 14"-18" sizes.
"This tire will heighten consumer expectations of high performance, all season tires," says Art Michalik, Director of Marketing Communications for Yokohama. "They no longer have to sacrifice ride comfort and a quiet ride for outstanding all-season high performance. The computer simulated tread pattern of the new AVID H4s/V4s provides more even treadwear, and better traction in wet and snowy conditions. Other features of this tire include a continuous center rib for "on center" feel and enhanced high speed stability; large shoulder blocks for excellent cornering grip; and a staggered block design to improve lateral stability and snow traction. The four wide circumferential grooves ensure efficient water evacuation while the multiple cross grooves provide more edges for wet and snow traction.
The tire is available in 40,45,50,55,60 and 65 series aspect ratio and in 14"-18" rim diameter sizes to fit the most popular performance vehicles. The AVID H4s/V4s carries a UTQG rating of 500/AA/A and is available in H - and V- speed ratings.

This new tread compound is molded into a computer-optimized directional tread design that combines large independent shoulder blocks and intermediate blocks with a solid center rib to enhance straight line tracking and high-speed stability on dry roads. Four, wide circumferential grooves and multiple cross groves effectively evacuate water for hydroplaning resistance while slightly offset tread blocks further enhance light snow traction. On the inside, the AVID H4s/V4s features twin, high-tensile steel belts reinforced by nylon belt edge strips to provide responsive handling and high-speed durability.

Tire Patch doesn't fix leak in air mattress?
I have a great camping air mattress. It's made of plastic of course and has grooves and puffy parts like a down jacket and a kind of velour covering.
It has a leak and I simply can't patch it! I've tried glues, duct tape and bike tire repair kits. Part of the problem is the hole is in a groove, forming a kind of small valley between the puffy parts. So it's hard to fill the gap as anything applied sticks to the high parts and leaves a small space in the "valley." Can you picture it?
I've given up and am ready to buy a replacement but I can't find one like it anywhere.

surface must be dry and clean, apply 3 thin even coat on top surface and patch.
Wait 5 minutes between each coat. After 3rd coat, wait 10-15 minutes before placing patch on air matress, use a roller to press patch to skin, wait minimun 24 hours before re inflating. Or you can try dinghy repair kit you know where to find them
