A dance fitness program that was created by dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez in Colombia during the 1990s is called zumba. Zumba means moving quickly and having fun. It is a Latin-inspired fitness class. Zumba is known to be a dynamic, exciting as well as effective dance exercise. The zumba program combines dance styles such as cumbia, salsa, merengue, flamenco, cha-cha, mambo, reggaeton, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, tango and hip-hop. Unlike other dance exercise workout, its dance movements are easy to follow. The easy to follow movements means that anyone can join immediately. The good thing about Zumba is that it is intended for all. Women and men can both do the dance exercise even children. When you are going to zumba class you feel like attending a party with friends.
