FitnessWise: The Best In Bethesda Fitness For A Reason
If you're looking for someplace to work out that isn't covered in sweat and testosterone, the Bethesda fitness center to go to is FitnessWise. When you think of gyms, you're probably thinking of places that are packed to the gills with sweating people, populated by gigantic meatheads who grunt and groan and throw weights around. FitnessWise is not that place.
FitnessWise is the premier Bethesda fitness center, and it has earned its reputation by giving its clients an entirely different experience. Instead of crowding in with dozens of other people trying to get their workouts in, you can work out in a pleasant open atmosphere where you have all the time you need to get the workout you want.
FitnessWise does this by strictly limiting the number of clients that are allowed into their spacious and well equipped strength, plyometric, cardio, and stretching areas. This means that you can work out the way you want, when you want, a benefit that no other Bethesda fitness center is going to give you.

Truth be told, with the amenities that FitnessWise offers, from towel service to complimentary fresh fruits and filtered water, the FitnessWise studios are probably more stress free and relaxed than many of our homes.
If you feel that you need help to get the workout you need, FitnessWise has a fitness team that will guide through your workouts.
