Vw Exhaust for a Better Car Exhaust System
A car runs through its own complex systems. And yet, each system plays a very vital role in the performance of the car. It is not just about the engine, about the electrical systems, or whatever stuff that one puts in his car. One should also bear in mind the excess that the car contributes to the environment. For short, motorists should not just focus on what they put in the car, but also with what stuff comes out of it. More importantly, note if this “stuff” could be harmful to the environment, or to other people as well. Hence, one should know what happens under the hood of the car with the VW exhaust system. Because only VW can guarantee the best car exhaust.
The VW Exhaust system ensures that converted gas will not emit any harmful reaction to the air. It is composed of the VW exhaust parts such as the exhaust, the muffler, the exhaust pipe, and the catalytic converter. An exhaust pipe is usually tubing used to guide waste exhaust gases away from a controlled combustion inside an engine or stove. With an internal combustion engine it is usually part of an exhaust system which conveys burnt gases from the engine and includes one or more exhaust pipes. The VW Exhaust system assures the driver only high quality performance that is evident in the air and sound that the car releases.
Depending on the overall system design, the exhaust gas may flow through one or more of: the turbocharger to increase engine power; a catalytic converter to reduce air pollution; or a muffler to reduce the noise. An exhaust pipe must be carefully designed to carry toxic and/or noxious gases away from the users of the machine. Indoor generators and furnaces can quickly fill an enclosed space with carbon monoxide or other poisonous exhaust gases if they are not properly vented to the outdoors. Also, the gases from most types of machine are very hot; the pipe must be heat-resistant, and it must not pass through or near anything which can burn or can be damaged by heat.
In most production engines, the manifold is an assembly designed to collect the exhaust gas from two or more cylinders into one pipe. Manifolds are often made of cast iron in stock production cars, and may have material-saving design features such as to use the least metal, to occupy the least space necessary, or have the lowest production cost. These design restrictions often result in a design that is cost effective but that does not do the most efficient job of venting the gases from the engine. Inefficiencies generally occur due to the nature of the combustion engine and its cylinders. Since cylinders fire at different times, exhaust leaves them at different times, and pressure waves from gas emerging from one cylinder might not be completely vacated through the exhaust system when another comes. This creates a back pressure and restriction in the engine's exhaust system that can restrict the engine's true performance possibilities.
So to ensure that not only good things are in the car, but the stuff that comes out of it too; one should trust the name of Volkswagen. When a car gears up with the VW Exhaust system, with its premium VW exhaust parts, the only harm that one could get is the envy of other drivers.

Holes in my dirt bikes exhaust pipe, will it effect performance?
I have a 1989 CR125 two stroke. My exhaust pipe has what I assume is a metal skid plate on the exhaust. It is riveted into the exhaust and all the rivets have fallen out allowing exhaust to come out of about 4 or 5 holes. The holes are located on the bottom of the pipe right as it comes out of the head to go toward the back of the bike.
Will this effect performance?
How can I seal the holes permanently?
I can't, I don't have a machine for it and I don't know how.
Having holes in your exhaust pipe won't affect performance much at all. It may cause carbon build up which could eventually change performance. You may also notice increased noise, and the smell of the exhaust might be a little stronger. My first recommendation would be to replace the pipe, however there are a few options you have to plug the holes. You can use hi-temp rubber silicone, stay away from acrylics, they will crack with time and temperature fluctuations. Another option is to weld the holes shut, or weld another piece of metal to the pipe. If you do weld make sure that you tack weld vs a continuous bead, if you don't you might run the risk of burning through.
