1st digit B = Barracuda (A -Body)
2nd digit H = High Price Class
3rd & 4th 23 = 2 dr hard top...
5th digit H - 383 1-4BBL 8 Cylinder "B" engine (High Performance)

6th digit 8 is the year verifier 1968 model
7th digit B - Hamtramck, Michigan this is plant where that carwas manufactured this is also considered to be Chryslers main plant...

Remaining numbers of the VIN are strictly the sequence # of what # your car was to roll off the assembly line...

"Forest Green Poly") poly means its a metallic and so this is a dark green metallic... auto color library show a exaple of the color here...
