disconnected sensor and car runs great?
I disconnected the TPS sensor and the car runs great.I will check the sensor itself and the wiring over the weekend.Does anyone see any harm in running it without the TPS hooked up for a few days?
yep check engine light is on but the car runs great.Steady r.p.m. and idle
LOL I was wrong it is the Idle Air Control sensor,and it runs great without it.Thanks for the input guys/gals I will replace this weekend.Solved the stalling problem,still need to find the hot no-start issue.
I disconnected the plug to my a/c due to alot of bearing noise.I never had a problem with my car.I did get the unit replaced and the Mechanic told me that was the smart thing to do,many sensors are removable for the short term.I cannot believe so many young people do not understand there is mechanical action without electronics..lol old school stuff they never learned I guess? good luck
